1. Who we are

Ascevio Ltd (“Ascevio”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17140469. Our registered office is 61 Woods Court, Propelair Way, Colchester, England, CO4 5YR.

We act as the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. You can reach us at any time at [email protected] or on +44 7459 336263.

2. The data we collect

We only collect data that we need in order to answer you and run our training pathways. Specifically:

  • Contact enquiries — your name, email address, phone (optional) and the message you send us.
  • Prospectus downloads — your name and email address, so we can send you the prospectus link and follow up with updates you have asked for.
  • Course interest registrations — your name, email address, phone (optional), the course you registered for and an optional short message.
  • Anonymous site usage — aggregated, anonymous counts of pages viewed and courses clicked, so we can see which pathways are most helpful. This data is not linked to you as an individual.

3. Why we use it & our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiries — legitimate interest & performance of a contract.
  • To send you the prospectus and follow-up information you requested — consent.
  • To deliver and improve our training pathways — legitimate interest.
  • To keep the site secure and accessible — legitimate interest.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the website and communicate with you, and only to the minimum extent needed:

  • Our hosting and email infrastructure providers (Abacus.AI, AWS).
  • Accredited training partners you have specifically registered with, where you ask us to introduce you.
  • Law-enforcement or regulators, if we are legally required to.

5. How long we keep it

Contact and enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you are on an active pathway. Prospectus subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email. Anonymous analytics are kept for up to 12 months in aggregate form.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we hold about you (a “subject access request”).
  • Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your data where we no longer need it.
  • Ask us to stop processing your data for marketing.
  • Ask us to export the data you have given us in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for anything based on consent).

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, we would love the chance to put it right — please email us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
